How to do self-introspection?

At some point in time, it’s a kind of feeling which makes us realize that Hey, I am at the Cross-Roads! Where to go now? Which road needs to be taken to continue the journey? I think this is the conscious timing to retrospect our traveled paths or roads, and courageously follow the other roads
.

At the crossroads- you can actually follow the roads which you always wanted to travel, but somehow you dared not to consider that as a possible way.
A small analysis of oneself at the crossroad can give a meaningful direction to your life. And it is that simple, you just need to find out the answers by yourself.
Six roads (see table below) is the reflection of our life journey. We always start somewhere in our life. Our education, career, family, job, or business influence our decisions. Circumstances and events make us either realize our potentials or throw us in the valley of depression. But we always rely on something, and always want to try!
Some self-introspection is always an easy way to find out-
  • What does it matter to you most?
  • Try to find out your values, principles, beliefs, and your identity as a human being. Stick to the inner strength that gives you hope.
  • Which people are important to you?
  • Whose opinions matter in your life, and the impact of your decisions on others?
  • What is it that bothers you?
  • What is that ambiguity in mind which prevents you from performing important things? What is that voice in your head trying to convey to you? It is showing your strength or pulling down your strength.
  • What are you scared of?
  • What is your fear? People, circumstances/situations which make you sick. Get over it!
Dare to take the road which leads towards your happiness and success.
(The Cross Roads concept is inspired by The Personal Compass method, developed by the consulting agency, The Grove-The Decision Book)

How to stay motivated at workplace- What leaders can do to keep their employees happy and motivated

“People need the motivation to work efficiently”; indeed a true fact! Why does this happen with every human being? Work, family, and stress have overshadowed the human consciousness! In the race of earning, we have left our all self belongings aside our working table and doing effortless work to bear with the global competition, irrespective of the profession. Competition with colleagues, competition with rival company companions, and so on!! The race does not seem to get a full stop! The human civilization has given a very different curve to life; earlier it was only food, clothes, and shelter, which mattered most, but now the human race has come all the way away from the "THE BASIC NEEDS" of life and is continuing journey towards status, quality and luxury!!! The workplace has become the second home for every earning person on this planet (courtesy to those who work from home), and it is the need of th

Business Strategy: Business War Games

The signs of wars are looming all over the world. Human civilization has always witnessed different kinds of wars in the history of the world. On the other hand, if you talk about life or a business, I guess both are the ‘battle fields’ where we are struggling to achieve the best of life and the business. Here, I am talking about one serious game, a Business War game! I know the next obvious question, what is it? If you take the literal meaning of the term Business War Game then you are right, it is a game that will make you either a winner or a loser in your business. Sometimes, we hear or read news about losses in business, merging or acquisition of companies by some other companies, etc. There are articles or analyses on the acquiring companies, but very little is stressed on the acquired company. We only talk of victories or rather do not talk about the loopholes in businesses that propelled us to sell the business. When a business is at loss or something goes wrong or some
