“People need the motivation to work efficiently”; indeed a true fact!
Why does this happen with every human being? Work, family, and stress have overshadowed the human consciousness! In the race of earning, we have left our all self belongings aside our working table and doing effortless work to bear with the global competition, irrespective of the profession. Competition with colleagues, competition with rival company companions, and so on!! The race does not seem to get a full stop!
The human civilization has given a very different curve to life; earlier it was only food, clothes, and shelter, which mattered most, but now the human race has come all the way away from the "THE BASIC NEEDS" of life and is continuing journey towards status, quality and luxury!!!
The workplace has become the second home for every earning person on this planet (courtesy to those who work from home), and it is the need of the hour to stay motivated in stressful or regular situations! Motivation has become a crucial part of every profession to work efficiently; maybe in the future, companies will hire people specifically to keep their staff motivated all the time! (not once in a year)
When a team leader heads his/her team, it is important that he/she must be complacent in his/her deeds so that he/she can ride the whole team towards achieving targets! Achieving target needs focused goal and a 24*7 availability of mentor for boosting the team.
Human needs inspiration, or, every other living being needs inspiration, may differ with the perception of it! But indeed, the Human mind starves for motivation! People seem to be diverted and less focused when they are disappointed with the top management or in absence of proper leadership.
Inspiration may differ from person to person, but self-motivation becomes crucial in absence of leadership, and it takes the hell out of you to find your rhythm to keep your morale up for a job or work!
Apparently, people seek Internet advice for finding their rhythm, and Internet does help but that is not a long time solution! People use these solutions and it is difficult to maintain or follow the path or rather a procedure to stay motivated!
The problem is that the human mind easily gets depressed, which varies from situation and person to person. It is very important to find motivation at the workplace, and team efforts and a good leader can help get it.
Good leadership always helps in maintaining a positive environment at the workplace, and a good leader can lead their employees with his/her charismatic charm of leadership! The workplace should be a healthy place where every individual has the right to express (likes/dislikes).
Inspiration, appraisals always help the human mind to stay active at the workplace, on the other hand, the absence of leadership, lack of motivation may cause damage to intellectual human resources. It has become difficult for companies to keep their talent for a long time in the age of competitiveness, but a good working environment, positive leadership, healthy culture, and tech infrastructure, and understanding of employees minds or feelings will help to keep the staff for quite a long time while you share your fruits of success with them.
People need inspiration/motivation irrespective of position or status; it is an intellectual need of the human mind/brain. Freedom of thought and work will always boost the confidence in every person, but the top leaders/management need to keep track of the emotional IQ of the employees. It is crystal clear that people help other people to grow! Nobody can make fortune without other peoples’ help!
Like food, Human also needs doses of inspiration from time to time to keep their morale and confidence high, and to work efficiently. Routine procedure at the workplace sometimes makes the illusion of certainty in the eyes of the employer or management, but there is a need to get into the field to keep its human resource intact and loyal.
Indeed, we need inspiration in living this life otherwise life becomes difficult and depression will hover around us!
